We list practitioners. We verify the work.
Every name in this directory has a completed system you can visit, a climate they know, and a track record of staying through installation — not just through the proposal.

Completed projects, not certificates
Before anyone appears in the directory, we confirm a finished system — a greywater loop still processing water, a passive solar structure still occupied, a food forest in its third harvest season. Credentials are noted; working systems are required.
We also check delivery. If a designer submitted a plan and left before the community installed it, they are not listed. The directory is built around practitioners who stay on-site through completion.
Organized by discipline and climate
Three structural decisions that separate this directory from every general contractor network or sustainability consulting list.
One trade, deep
Regional, not generic
On-site through completion
Practitioners list the climates and soil types they have worked in. A greywater designer with Pacific Northwest clay experience is a different hire than one whose projects are all in Arizona.
Each profile notes whether the practitioner offers design-only or design-plus-installation. Communities can see at a glance who will still be on-site when the foundation is poured.
Filter by natural building, water systems, food production, or governance design — not by a broad 'sustainability' tag that returns fifty unrelated profiles.

Applications are reviewed within five business days. We accept practitioners with verifiable completed projects — not portfolios, not course certificates.
